PSC Approves Higher Purchase Of Receivables (POR) Discount Rates At Several Utilities

The Maryland PSC recently approved new purchase of receivables (POR) discount rates at the four investor-owned utilities. The effective date varies by utility.

The final Pepco and Delmarva POR discounts were revised slightly from the initially proposed updates due to errors in the original calculations.

At Pepco-Md., the new POR discount rates are as follows:
