SmartestEnergy US LLC (SEUS) has named Kenichiro Hashimoto as COO
Hashimoto is a 25-year veteran of the electricity industry, with experience in both Japan's and Australia's markets
Previously, Hashimoto served as General Manager, Wholesale Electricity Trading Department of Marubeni Power Retail Co., a retail electric supplier active in Japan (SmartestEnergy is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Marubeni Corporation).
Hashimoto also previously led the retail energy business of the Japan Asia Group and also previously held several positions at Tokyo Electric Power Co.
Ryuichi Noyama, who formerly served as COO of SEUS, has taken a position within SEUS's parent company, Marubeni
