Broker-consultant Trebel, LLC, whose services include a particular focus on municipal aggregation, has undergone a reorganization and ownership change such that Trebel, LLC was acquired by and is now a wholly-owned subsidiary of Trebel Seller, LLC.
Trebel Seller, LLC is owned by Scott Belcastro (30% owner) and Pilot Power Group Acquisition, Inc. (70% owner).
Trebel, LLC said in a regulatory filing that management and operations of Trebel, LLC have not changed and that Trebel, LLC will continue to be operated as it has been for the past eleven years, overseen by the Principal, Scott Belcastro
Pilot Power Group Acquisition, Inc. is associated with Pilot Power Group, which offers various energy services, including acting as a retail energy supplier in certain markets, and providing energy procurement strategies for community choice aggregation
