Major Energy is an affiliate of Spark Energy
At this time, Spark intends to maintain its Pennsylvania electric generation supplier (EGS) license
Major Energy will honor the customers' current agreements in place with Spark and there will be no changes to the terms or conditions through the life of the current contracts
