Texas Retail Energy, LLC (TRE), Walmart's self-supply retail supplier, has named James Ku as CEO and Chairman of the Board of TRE
Ku serves as Vice President, Energy and Facilities Management at Walmart Realty. Ku has held various positions at Walmart since 2014, including COO of Walmart China
TRE also notified regulators that James Staggs, identified as Senior Manager, will serve as TRE's contact for regulatory, operations and complaint issues.
Staggs has served as energy portfolio manager for Walmart and TRE since 2012, and previously served as Manager, Trading and Operations, at APS Energy Services
