A federal bankruptcy court has confirmed an amended reorganization plan of Pogo Energy, LLC
The amended plan does not differ materially with respect to those provisions of the initial plan which were previously reported in our story here The reorganized Pogo Energy will continue to act as a retail electric provider and serve customers (Pogo Energy has continued to serve customers during the bankruptcy proceedings)
