Retail Energy Vets Launching New Retail Supplier

Start-up Spartacus Energy Services, LLC has applied for a Pennsylvania retail electric supplier license to serve all customer classes at PPL and PECO

Spartacus Energy Services indicated that it will also seek a Pennsylvania natural gas supplier license, and that it may offer similar services in other states in the future

Spartacus Energy Services Holding, LLC ('Holding Company') is the sole owner of Spartacus Energy Services, LLC, and no other individual or company owns ten percent (10%) or more of Spartacus Energy Services, LLC. Holding Company is owned by Pristine Energy LLC ('Pristine') (75%) and Novel Solutions Marketing LLC ('Novel') (25%). No other individual or company owns ten percent (10%) or more of Holding Company.

Pristine is solely owned by Mr. Michael Proscia.

Novel is solely owned by Mr. Eric Edwards.

According to a FERC application, neither Mr. Proscia nor Mr. Edwards have an ownership interest of ten (10%) or more in any other entity in the U.S. energy industry.

Andrew Petti is listed as Manager of Spartacus Energy Services in a Pennsylvania application.
