Energy Procurement Consultant Acquires Book Of Retail Energy Contracts From Broker

Satori Energy filed two substantially similar notices (one for gas, one for electric) with the Public Utilities Commission of Ohio which both stated as follows (electric notice quoted, only difference in quoted text is use of the gas certificate number in the gas notice):

"Please accept this correspondence as notice that Supernova Partners LLC Affordable Gas & Electric Company LLC ('AGE') [sic] certificate number 13-709E and Priority Power Management, LLC ('PPM') have entered into a purchase agreement which became effective on July 15, 2022. Under this agreement, AGE has transferred all eligible contracts and customer relationships to PPM's dba Satori Energy ('Satori') entity."

The gas notice also specifically notes that Satori Energy will be assuming AGE's gas certificate number 13-320G.
