Josco Energy USA, LLC is assigning its Maryland electric and natural gas customers to Median Energy Corp.
The assignment will take effect on or about November 1, 2022. After the assignment, Josco will have no customers in Maryland.
Based on service of a notification letter to various utilities, the assigned customers electric customers may be located at BGE, Pepco, Delmarva, and SMECO, while the assigned gas customers may be located at BGE
Median will assume Josco's contracts as they stand. Customers will experience no change in terms or conditions for the duration of their contracts
Josco does not apply fees for customers who leave prior to the end of their contract, and Median will honor this provision as well.
Josco is not withdrawing its Maryland supplier licenses
