U.S.-Based Broker Acquires European Energy & Sustainability Consultant

Edison Energy (d/b/a in Europe as Altenex Energy) announced that it has acquired Alfa Energy Ltd., an international energy and sustainability consultancy, "as part of its ongoing efforts to expand its impact and offerings to clients and partners."

Alfa Energy, based in the U.K. with a Pan-European presence, offers energy procurement and management solutions with a focus on non-residential customers
