Mitsui Affiliate Acquires U.S. Community Solar Company (Service Includes Customer Acquisition)

MyPower Corp. ("MyPower"), an affiliate of Japanese conglomerate Mitsui & Co., Ltd. ("Mitsui"), announced the full acquisition of Solstice Power Technologies, Inc. ("Solstice").

Solstice Power Technologies is a U.S. customer acquisition and management service provider in community solar, with customer enrollments conducted under the Solstice brand, and is active in markets including New York, Illinois, and Massachusetts

The acquisition of Solstice enables MyPower to expand further into the U.S. community solar market in order to address today's energy and sustainability challenges," MyPower said
