ScaleCo Management LLC, a private equity fund, announced its partnership with, TPI Efficiency ("Total Procurement Intelligence"), which provides energy procurement services and cost-reduction strategies
ScaleCo described the partnership as an "acquisition" and a "platform investment."
TPI's products include electric, natural gas, and other utility services. TPI also assists clients in procuring LED lighting, locating rebates and other financial incentives, and with project management of energy efficiency installations nationwide.
TPI Efficiency recently announced a multi-year partnership as the official utility consultant to the Cleveland Browns and the Columbus Crew.
