The Electric Reliability Council of Texas has named Mark Miner as the organization’s new Director of Corporate Communications.
Most recently, Miner served as Senior Advisor and Director of Communications for Texas Governor Greg Abbott.
In addition to holding leadership positions with various public affairs firms, Miner has also served as Communications Director to former Texas Governor Rick Perry and former Virginia Governor Jim Gilmore. Miner has also worked in public affairs roles with the U.S. Department of Labor, the U.S. Department of Commerce and the U.S. Small Business Administration
