EnerConnex LLC announced the acquisition of Reflective Energy Solutions (RES) as of December 28, 2022.
"With this acquisition, EnerConnex is excited to work with RES’ customers in NJ, PA, OH and TX," EnerConnex said
Several RES employees will be joining the EnerConnex family as a result of the transaction, EnerConnex said
