National Grid in Massachusetts has filed an update to the standard complete billing percentages (SCBPs), or purchase of receivables (POR) discount rates, proposed to be effective May 1, 2023

As filed in an explanatory letter, National Grid's proposed SCBPs for effect May 1, 2023 are as follows (current rates provided for comparison):

Industrial         0.12%          0.39%
