Platinum Energy1 Re-files For Initial New York ESCO Certification
The entity Platinum Energy1, LLC has re-filed, at the New York PSC, a retail access application form to serve as a natural gas ESCO for large C&I customers. As first reported by ECM, Platinum Energy1, LLC had sought certification as an ESCO in 2022, but did not appear to complete the certification process at such time.
