TLG Commodities Formally Receives Texas Retail Provider Certificate
The Texas PUC granted TLG Commodities LLC an Option 2 Texas retail electric provider certificate. Option 2 REPs are limited to serving customers 1 MW and larger which provide an affidavit agreeing to such service. Previously, TLG Commodities had been granted a conditional Option 2 Texas REP certificate pending the filing of a customer affidavit, per the PUC's customary process. A customer affidavit has since been filed, and the PUC granted a non-conditional Option 2 REP certificate to TLG.
