Amerigreen Energy Receives Pa. Electric, Gas Licenses

The Pennsylvania PUC granted Amerigreen Energy, Inc. an electric generation supplier license to serve all customer classes at PPL and PECO. Amerigreen Energy also received a natural gas supplier license to serve all customer classes at PECO and UGI Utilities. Amerigreen is a wholesale petroleum marketer, and it shares two owners with Pennsylvania electric generation supplier (and fuel oil marketer) Worley & Obetz, Inc. Shipley Energy Receives License for New Corporate Entity

The Pennsylvania PUC granted Shipley Energy Company approval to transfer its license as a natural gas supplier to a newly formed entity, Shipley Choice LLC, for purposes of a more efficient corporate organization within the Shipley family of companies. Shipley Choice will continue to use the fictitious name of Shipley Energy. Shipley Energy currently serves customers in the service territories of Columbia Gas of Pennsylvania, UGI Utilities, Inc. - Gas Division, UGI Central Penn, and PECO.
