Bounce Energy is now offering enrollments onto its Texas electric products via Facebook.
Through an e-commerce platform, a frame within the Bounce Facebook page accesses the Bounce Energy website, and its online enrollment process, without the customer's browser leaving Facebook.
Bounce said that allowing enrollments through Facebook eases the enrollment process by saving customers from having to visit multiple web sites, "keeping them within the same user experience they're comfortable with."
Bounce said that it is the first electricity company to allow enrollments via Facebook.
Customers may use a promotion code found at the Bounce Energy Facebook page for a $25 bill credit when signing up. The Bounce Energy Facebook Page also provides customers with special offers, contests, and a weekly bill credit drawing.
Bounce Energy Facebook "friends" also receive escalated customer care if they ever need assistance or have questions about their service.
As only noted in Matters, Bounce Energy recently applied for a Pennsylvania electric supplier license (6/15)
