OTC Global Holdings Involved in Start-up Source Power & Gas Ownership

Source Power & Gas LLC, which as only reported by Matters is seeking a Texas REP certificate (9/8), filed supplemental information at the PUCT which includess additional information on its ownership.

Notably, Source Power & Gas LLC said it is a wholly owned subsidiary of SPG Energy Group LLC, with the website for SPG Energy Group LLC listed as the website for OTC Global Holdings (otcgh.com), an independent inter-dealer broker in over-the-counter energy commodities.

Texas Secretary of State records confirm that OTC Global Holdings LP is listed as a manager for SPG Energy Group LLC.

As previously reported, John Werner serves as President and Director of Source Power & Gas LLC.

Source Power & Gas LLC also filed the resumes of Cam Lockley Koehler and Qadir Khan with its amended application, though in the public filing it did not list their specific positions with Source Power & Gas.

Koehler was previously Senior Manager for Online Marketing at Reliant Energy. Khan was most recently Regional Manager for Commodity Trading, ERCOT at ConEdison Energy, previously serving in a variety of retail pricing and risk analysis roles at the company.
