Independence Energy Group Receives Pennsylvania License

The Pennsylvania PUC this morning granted Independence Energy Group LLC an electric supplier license to serve residential and all sizes of commercial customers in all service areas. The application was first reported in Matters (9/14). Independence Energy Group is the network marketing arm of Energy Plus Holdings, LLC, which is now owned by NRG Energy.

Nordic Energy Services Receives Pennsylvania License

The Pennsylvania PUC this morning granted Nordic Energy Services LLC an electric supplier license to serve all customer classes at PECO and PPL. The application was first reported in Matters (9/1)

People's Power & Gas Receives Conn. License

The Connecticut PURA granted People's Power & Gas, LLC an electric supplier license to serve residential, commercial and industrial customers. The application was first reported in Matters (5/12).

Alpha Gas and Electric Receives Pennsylvania License

The Pennsylvania PUC this morning granted Alpha Gas and Electric LLC an electric supplier license to serve all customer classes in all service areas. The application was first reported in Matters (7/11)

TexRep6 Maintains REP Certificate

The PUCT adopted without modification a proposed order which allows TexRep6 LLC, which is owned by Smartcom Energy Technologies, LLC, to maintain its REP certificate and denies Staff's original petition to revoke the certificate, as TexRep6 is now in compliance with all provisions of the substantive rules (see 10/10 for background).
