Maryland PSC Supplier Offer Website Goes Live

The Maryland PSC has gone live with its website listing available residential electric offers in the market.
Link to PSC's Supplier Price Portal
As currently formatted, the portal does not provide a single listing of prices on the same page. Customers instead have to click a supplier-specific link to view that supplier's offer. It was not immediately clear whether this is the end state design of the portal, or rather is a simplified interim design necessitated in order to meet a statutory deadline for placing supplier offers online.
It appears that suppliers may list residential and non-residential (categorized into commercial, industrial, institutional and government) offers on the site. As of early Friday morning, there were no non-residential offers on the site; however, one supplier has uploaded a marketing/fact sheet (with no specific rates) to the site under the link which would also be used for current non-residential offers.
The number of suppliers offering residential pricing through the PSC site as of early Friday morning, by service area, were:
BGE: 5
Pepco: 3
Delmarva: 2
Potomac Edison: 2
These numbers indicate that not all suppliers with active residential offers are using the portal yet (which was launched publicly yesterday). For example, the Office of People's Counsel pricing chart shows 20 active suppliers at BGE.
