Plymouth Rock Energy Seeks License in New State, Acquisition by MVC Closes

Plymouth Rock Energy, LLC today applied for a Connecticut electric supplier license.
A copy of the filing was not immediately available.
Plymouth Rock Energy, which is active in New York and New Jersey, recently received a Pennsylvania electric supplier license (12/1).
Separately, Plymouth Rock Energy, LLC informed FERC yesterday that the transaction under which MVC Private Equity Fund, LP acquired substantial membership interests of the parent of ESCOs Plymouth Rock Energy, LLC and Falcon Energy, LLC has been consummated.
