Agway Energy Services Seeks New License

Agway Energy Services, LLC applied for a Pennsylvania electric generation supplier license as a supplier, aggregator, and broker/marketer to serve residential and all sizes of commercial customers. Agway serves about 87,000 customers in New York and Pennsylvania.

Xoom Energy Receives New Licenses

The Illinois Commerce Commission granted Xoom Energy Illinois, LLC licenses to act as an alternative retail electric supplier and alternative gas supplier. The applications had been first reported in Matters (11/2 and 11/9). The electric supplier license authorizes Xoom Energy to serve all customer classes in all service areas. The gas supplier license authorizes Xoom Energy to serve residential and small commercial customers at Northern Illinois Gas Company, the Peoples Gas Light and Coke Company, and North Shore Gas Company.

The Illinois Commerce Commission granted FS Energy, LLC an electric agent, broker and consultant license. FS Energy, LLC is a partner of property manager FirstService Corporation, and also provides various energy management and efficiency services.
