Ohio Revokes Broker Licenses

The Public Utilities Commission of Ohio revoked the licenses of two electric brokers, and one governmental aggregator, for failure to file an annual report for 2010.
Specifically, in an order issued yesterday, PUCO said that it revoked the licenses held by:
- Co-exprise, Inc. (electric)
- GSE Consulting, LP (electric)
- Village of Lakeview (gas)
The Co-exprise broker license had previously been cancelled on December 5, at the request of the company, as it sold its brokering business to World Energy Solutions. Nonetheless, the PUCO order still lists the Co-exprise license as being revoked.
Similarly, World Energy also previously purchased GSE Consulting, LP, and World Energy serves Ohio customers under its own broker license.
