Green Mountain Energy Seeks to Serve Residential Customers in New State
Green Mountain Energy Company has applied for an expanded electric supplier license in Pennsylvania to serve all sizes of commercial customers in all service areas, and to serve residential customers at PPL, PECO and Duquesne Light. Green Mountain's current license allows it to serve commercial customers over 25 kW, industrial customers, and governmental customers in all service areas.

The Public Utilities Commission of Ohio granted EMEX Power, LLC (Energy Market Exchange) an electric broker/aggregator license to serve commercial, mercantile, and industrial customers in all service areas. The application was first reported in Matters (11/16).
