Sperian Energy Corp. Receives New License

The Illinois Commerce Commission granted Sperian Energy Corp. an alternative retail electric supplier license to serve all customer classes at Commonwealth Edison. The application was first reported in Matters (11/30)

Agway Energy Services Receives Expanded License

The Pennsylvania PUC this morning approved an amendment to the natural gas supplier license of Agway Energy Services LLC to include service at National Fuel Gas Distribution. The license previously authorized Agway to serve customers at Columbia Gas and Peoples Natural Gas.

Naba Energy Receives New License

The Illinois Commerce Commission granted Naba Energy Inc an electric agent, broker, and consultant license.

Xencom Green Energy Receives New License

Xencom Green Energy, LLC has received a Massachusetts electric broker license to serve commercial customers.
