HOP Energy Begins Listing Met-Ed Residential Offers on PA Power Switch

HOP Energy has begun offering residential electricity at Met-Ed through PA Power Switch.

HOP Energy, through its website, has offered residential electricity at Met-Ed since last summer (7/15); however, at that time, specific offers were not publicized on the its own website, nor on PA Power Switch.

HOP Energy is now offering Met-Ed residential customers a 12-month fixed rate of 8.60 cents per kWh. An early termination fee of $12.50 per month for any month remaining on the agreement applies.

HOP Energy also offers Met-Ed residential customers a variable rate currently priced at 7.92 cents per kWh.

HOP Energy offers customers a 12% cash back rebate on the highest single monthly supply charge incurred by the customer during the customer's first 12 months of service.
