Summer Energy Reports Change in Ownership/Control
Summer Energy LLC applied for an amendment to its Texas REP certificate to reflect a change in ownership or control. Details were filed confidentially. Original directors Rod Danielson (CEO) and Jaleea George (CFO) are now listed as managing members. Jamie Rigell, COO since the company's launch, is also now listed a managing member. Summer Energy is not currently serving customers but said that it intends to start providing service on February 10, 2012.
