Hess Small Business Services Receives License in New State
The Public Utilities Commission of Ohio granted Hess Small Business Services, LLC a natural gas supplier license to serve all customer classes at Dominion East Ohio and Columbia Gas, and to serve all sizes of non-residential customers at Duke Energy Ohio. The application had first been reported in Matters (1/6).
Start-up Forefront Energy Group Seeks Broker License
Start-up Forefront Energy Group LLC applied for an Ohio electric broker license to serve all customer classes in all service areas. Principal Mark Etterling was previously corporate infrastructure manager for Clark Western, where he, among other things, managed energy use and efficiency. For the past five years, Etterling was a consultant at Bluecoast Financial Advisors where he advised over a 100 companies on how to save on their operations including effective energy solutions.
RMI Consulting Seeking Licenses in Several States
RMI Consulting, Inc. has applied for an Illinois electric agent, broker, and consultant license. Aside from its previously reported application for a Pennsylvania broker license (1/3), RMI said that it is also applying for broker licenses in Delaware, Washington D.C., Maine, New Jersey, and Rhode Island.
