Clearview Electric Receives License in New State
The Public Utilities Commission of Ohio granted Clearview Electric, Inc. an electric supplier license to serve all customer classes in all service areas. The application was first reported in Matters (1/11)
YEP Energy to be Licensed in New State
North Star Gas Company, LLC, d/b/a YEP Energy, has registered as a Connecticut natural gas supplier. North Star Gas Company is also a core transport agent in California, and although the exact legal relationship was unclear, the company is essentially an affiliate of Texpo Power and Enercal USA, sharing the same address, web domain, and certain employees.

Patriot Energy Group, Inc. applied for a District of Columbia electric broker/aggregator license to serve commercial and industrial customers.
