Residential Migration Slows in New Jersey

The growth in the number of residential electric customers on competitive supply in New Jersey slowed during the month of January, according to the latest stats on the BGS auction website.

At PSE&G, residential electric customers on competitive supply grew by 12,700 accounts during January, down from growth of 15,500 in December.

Jersey Central Power & Light saw the number of residential customers on competitive supply grow by 2,400 accounts during January, down from the December growth of 3,100 accounts.

Atlantic City Electric saw residential migration growth of 1,150 accounts during January, about even with the December growth.

Rockland Electric saw residential migration growth of 73 accounts during January, down from 337 in December.
