Bounce Energy Seeking License in New State

Bounce Energy is in the process of seeking an electric supplier license in New York, it disclosed in seeking market-based rate authority for subsidiary Bounce Energy NY, LLC. Bounce Energy NY said that it will sell electric power to retail customers in New York upon receipt of regulatory approvals from the New York State Public Service Commission. Bounce Energy is active in the ERCOT market and as previously reported is also seeking a Pennsylvania retail electric supplier license.

HIKO Energy Seeks License in New State

HIKO Energy, LLC applied for a Pennsylvania electric supplier license to serve all customer classes in all service areas. HIKO Energy's intent to seek a Pennsylvania license was first reported by Matters (1/25)

Kinetic Energy Associates Seeks Pennsylvania License

Kinetic Energy Associates, LLC has applied for a Pennsylvania electric broker/marketer license to serve all sizes of non-residential customers in all service areas. The company is not related to the former Kinetic Energy that was active in ERCOT (and which recently sold is assets to Cirro Energy). Kinetic Energy Associates, LLC is a start-up led by several attorneys at Hawke, McKeon & Sniscak, LLP, which focuses its practice in the areas of public utility and energy law; Managing Members of Kinetic Energy Associates are Todd S. Stewart, Kevin J. McKeon, and Judith D. Cassel.

Great Lakes Energy Seeks New License

Great Lakes Energy LLC applied for a Maine broker/aggregator license to serve medium and large non-residential customers at Central Maine Power and Bangor Hydro-Electric.
