Public Power, LLC has applied to expand its Illinois alternative retail electric supplier license to include service to all customer classes at Ameren. Previously, Public Power, LLC was granted authority to serve all customer classes at ComEd. Public Power currently manages a portfolio of 200,000 residential, small commercial, and large commercial customers.

Best Power, LLC applied for a Pennsylvania electric broker/marketer license to serve all customer classes in all service areas.
NEP Energy Services, Ltd. Seeks License
NEP Energy Services, Ltd. applied for an Ohio electric broker/aggregator license to serve all customer classes in all service areas. NEP Energy Services, Ltd. is a wholly owned subsidiary of Nationwide Energy Partners, LLC, which provides utility management services to multi-dwelling unit property owners, such as private distribution infrastructures and electric meters, as well as sub-metering, meter reading, billing, collections, system maintenance and customer service.
Early Bird Power Receives New Licenses
The District of Columbia PSC granted Early Bird Power LLC licenses as an electric broker/aggregator and natural gas broker/aggregator. The applications were first reported in Matters (11/30 and 8/10)
