The American Coalition of Competitive Energy Suppliers (ACCES) has launched its website to educate customers about energy choice.
The website, www.CompetitiveEnergy.org, includes videos regarding choice, frequently asked questions, myths and facts about choice, an overview of restructuring status by state, and links to state-run websites regarding choice.
Additionally, the site offers customers information about their rights in the competitive market, help on how to analyze competitive offers, and a discussion of different products, programs, and incentives customers may encounter in the marketplace.
ACCES is a group of competitive retail natural gas and electricity suppliers committed to consumer education and media outreach, in order to help consumers better understand and take advantage of the benefits of energy choice. Current members include Direct Energy, Energy Plus Holdings, IGS Energy, US Gas & Electric, and Vectren Source.
