Palmco Energy Receives Expanded Supplier License
The Pennsylvania PUC granted Palmco Energy PA, LLC an expanded natural gas supplier license to include service to all customer classes at Philadelphia Gas Works, Columbia Gas of Pennsylvania, UGI Utilities, UGI Penn Natural Gas, and UGI Central Penn Gas. Palmco Energy was previously licensed to serve all customer classes at PECO. The application for the expanded license was first reported by Matters
Kinetic Energy Associates Receives New License
The Pennsylvania PUC granted Kinetic Energy Associates, LLC an electric broker/marketer license to serve all customer classes in all service areas. The application had been first reported by Matters. As previously noted, the company is not related to the former Kinetic Energy that was active in ERCOT (and which recently sold is assets to Cirro Energy).
Energy Solutions USA Receives New License
The Pennsylvania PUC granted Energy Solutions USA, Inc. an electric broker/marketer license to serve all customer classes in all service areas. The application had been first reported by Matters.
HB Hayes & Associates Receives New License
The Pennsylvania PUC granted HB Hayes & Associates, LLC d/b/a Alternative Energy Source an electric broker/marketer license to serve commercial customers over 25 kW and industrial customers in all service areas. The application had been first reported by Matters.
Coleman Hines, Inc. Receives New License
The Pennsylvania PUC granted Coleman Hines, Inc. an electric broker/marketer license to serve commercial customers over 25 kW in all service areas. The application had been first reported by Matters.
Pa. PUC Dismisses Power Direct Broker Application Without Prejudice
The Pennsylvania PUC dismissed without prejudice the electric broker/marketer application of DRD, Inc. d/b/a Power Direct for failing to adequately respond to data requests seeking information regarding the application. The application had been first reported by Matters.

The Pennsylvania PUC dismissed without prejudice the electric broker/marketer application of Evolving Energy Systems of Pennsylvania, LLC for failing to adequately respond to data requests seeking information regarding the application.
