A number of retail electric providers are seeking competitive electric supplier licenses in Massachusetts.

Retail supplier applications in Massachusetts are not docketed; however, a recent revision to the DPU's master supplier list now lists pending applications.

Among the competitive electric supplier applications pending before the DPU, according to the DPU supplier list, are:

• Public Power, LLC (residential/commercial)

• US Energy Partners, LLC d/b/a PAETEC Energy (residential/commercial/industrial)
