TERM Power & Gas, LLC is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Twin Eagle Resource Management, LLC.
TERM Power & Gas said that it plans to seek an Ohio natural gas supplier license as well.
As first reported by Matters, TERM Power & Gas serves residential electric customers in Illinois under its ENCOA brand, and serves commercial electric customers in Illinois, Texas and Pennsylvania.
