Noble Americas Gas & Power Launching New Retail Electric Supplier

Noble Americas Gas & Power Corp. has created a new retail electric supply company called Your Energy Holdings, LLC.

Your Energy Holdings, LLC is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Noble Americas Gas & Power Corp. and described itself, in an application at FERC for market-based rate authority, as a, "competitive electric retail supplier formed to participate in state retail choice programs."

"Due to impending retail obligations, time is of the essence for YEH to obtain its power marketing authority," Your Energy Holdings said in asking that FERC grant its market-based rate authority effective June 27, 2012.

Your Energy Holdings also described itself as, "a new entrant into the energy markets in the United States."

Your Energy Holdings is an affiliate of retail supplier Noble Americas Energy Solutions LLC, which focuses on serving commercial and industrial customers.
