Direct Energy Files to Use New Trade Name in Texas

Direct Energy LP has filed an application for an amendment to its Texas REP certificate (#10040) to add the trade name New Leaf Energy.
Direct Energy would also delete the trade name Energy America from the certificate under the same filing.
