Weir Investments Fund LLC d/b/a Apollo Power & Light LLC has filed a notice of cessation of operations with the Public Utility Commission of Texas.
Apollo Power & Light stated that it intends to cease operations effective August 7, 2012.
Apollo Power & Light stated that it no longer has any customers.
Apollo Power & Light's customers were transferred to Acacia Energy beginning May 31.
