PECO, Duquesne Light Continue to See Consistent Weekly Migration to Competitive Supply

PECO continues to see weekly net growth of about 1,500 accounts in the number of residential electric customers taking competitive supply, according to the latest stats from the Pennsylvania PUC.

From June 20 to June 26, PECO saw the number of residential customers on competitive supply grow by 1,400 accounts, in line with the week-ago growth of 1,550 accounts.
For the most recent week, Duquesne Light saw the number of residential customers on competitive supply increase by 1,100 accounts, versus the week-ago growth of 1,200 accounts.
At Met-Ed, the weekly growth in the number of residential customers on competitive supply for the most recent week was 1,200 accounts, versus the week-ago growth of 1,800 accounts.
At Penelec, the weekly growth in the number of residential customers on competitive supply for the most recent week was 440 accounts, versus the growth of 470 accounts in the immediately prior week.
At West Penn Power, the weekly growth in the number of residential customers on competitive supply for the most recent week was 680 accounts, versus the growth of 560 accounts in the immediately prior week.
The June 27 migration report did not include updated data for PPL.
