Dozens of Retail Suppliers, Brokers Risk Revocation of Licenses in Ohio

The Public Utilities Commission of Ohio yesterday issued an order to dozens of retail suppliers and brokers directing such entities to show cause why their certification should not be revoked for failing to file an annual report.

Included in PUCO's order as subject to the show cause order were the following suppliers, brokers, and/or aggregators (any entity listed twice indicated multiple licenses, e.g. gas and electric):
