Iron Energy LLC Seeks Licenses in New State

Iron Energy LLC applied for Ohio electric and natural gas supplier licenses to serve all customer classes in all service areas. As only reported by Matters, Iron Energy is seeking licenses in several new states, including Texas and Illinois, and is led by David Luppino, Chad Gallun, and Michael Elhaj, who previously founded and led Texas retail provider Chain Lakes Power (Simple Power).


Global Energy Concepts Seeks License in New State

Global Energy Concepts LLC applied for a Pennsylvania electric broker/marketer license to serve all customer classes at PECO, PPL, Met-Ed, Penelec, West Penn Power, and UGI.


Trebel, LLC Receives New License

The Public Utilities Commission of Ohio granted Trebel, LLC d/b/a naturalgassuppliers.org a natural gas broker/aggregator license to serve residential and all sizes of commercial customers in all service areas.


Dead River Company Receives New License

The Maine PUC granted Dead River Company an electric aggregator/broker license to serve all customer classes in the service territories of Central Maine Power Company, Bangor Hydro-Electric Company and Maine Public Service Company. Dead River Company is the parent of DR Power, LLC, which as previously reported was recently granted a Maine electric supplier license. Dead River Company sells a full range of liquid petroleum products including heating oil, kerosene, diesel, gasoline, biofuel, and propane gas. It also offers home heating boilers and furnaces for both fuel oil and propane systems and performs HVAC, plumbing, water treatment, and weatherization services
