Retail Provider Iluminar Energy to Adopt Branding of Multi-Family Service Provider Conservice

Iluminar Energy filed for an amendment to its Texas REP certificate to add the trade name Conservice Energy to the certificate.

As only reported by Matters, Conservice LLC, a utility management and billing company, acquired Iluminar Energy last year.

Conservice provides solutions that are designed specifically for the multifamily industry, including the installation of sub-meters, billing residents for their utility consumption and other monthly charges, processing clients' utility invoices, and providing detailed utility information on a dynamic, online platform.

Additionally, Conservice provides energy and sustainability solutions and offers a contract management program.

Iluminar also holds the trade names Alltex Power & Light and Premium Power & Light.
