Constellation is offering New Jersey customers the opportunity to earn free electricity for referring customers to Constellation.
Named the Power Circle program, Constellation's new referral program is available to New Jersey residents in the PSE&G, Jersey Central Power & Light, and Atlantic City Electric service territories who choose Constellation as their residential electric supplier.
Customers must be on a fixed rate contract to be eligible to refer customers under the Power Circle program.
Under the program, if the customer refers 10 new residential electric supply customers in Illinois, Maryland, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Washington D.C, or Ohio to Constellation, the referring customer's supply rate will be $0.00/kWh.
A referrer's qualified referral count must remain at or above 10 upon a review on the 15th of each month in order to be eligible for free residential electricity supply.
Power Circle customers are still responsible for any applicable taxes and charges or fees from their local utility in the service territory where they reside.
In other markets, Constellation's standard referral program pays customers $25 in a Visa prepaid card per referral, up to $575 per calendar year. Rewards in excess of $575 are paid as bill credits, except that the credit shall not exceed the amount owed on the applicable monthly Constellation bill.
