Trupro Energy Seeks to Maintain Connecticut Electric Supplier License, Citing New Interests

Trupro Energy, LLC has informed the Connecticut Public Utilities Regulatory Authority that it would like to remove its August 28 motion to rescind its electric supplier license, effective August 28.

"New interests have recently presented themselves for us to continue our operations," Trupro said in a September 18 letter.

As only reported by Matters, PURA had already granted Trupro's request to rescind the license, and rescinded the license effective August 28.

Prior to its original motion to withdraw the supplier license, Trupro Energy had transferred all of its customers to the utilities.
