Ohio Industrials, Consumers Seek Confirmation on End of Nonbypassable Charge at Dayton Power & Light

Industrial Energy Users-Ohio, the Ohio Consumers' Counsel, and several other load interests have petitioned the Public Utilities Commission of Ohio for an order confirming that, should Dayton Power & Light's existing electric security plan be continued beyond its current end date of December 31, 2012 during the pendency of a review of a yet to be filed replacement plan, the existing nonbypassable Rate Stabilization Surcharge shall terminate effective December 31, 2012, as provided in the settlement language establishing the currently effective electric security plan.
