The Public Utilities Commission of Ohio granted Commercial and Industrial Energy Solutions LLC an electric broker/aggregator license to serve all customer classes in all service areas. As only reported by Matters, three of the members of Commercial and Industrial Energy Solutions, LLC are also members of North American Power and Gas, LLC, specifically Carey Turnbull, Kerry Breitbart, and William Kinneary. Though it shares certain members, Commercial and Industrial Energy Solutions, LLC is completely separate from, and non-legally affiliated with, North American Power and Gas, LLC.

Electricity NH Seeks Aggregator License

Electricity NH, LLC d/b/a ENH Power which holds a New Hampshire retail supplier license has filed to also hold an electric aggregator certificate in New Hampshire, stating, "We want to be a full service company to better address the needs of each New Hampshire customer by offering them the best possible supply rate."
