The Public Utility Commission of Texas revoked the certificate of TexRep7, LLC d/b/a Saturn Power, LLC in a default order.

As previously reported, TexRep7 defaulted under its Standard Form Market Participant Agreement with ERCOT in June, which prompted a mass transition event.

TexRep7 was serving only a single ESI ID at that time. The size of the associated load was approximately 0.039 MWhs per day.

Due to the default, Staff of the Public Utility Commission of Texas filed a petition to revoke the TexRep7 certificate, and TexRep7 did not respond to the petition or request a hearing

The Commission on October 4 entered a default order granting Staff's petition and revoking the TexRep7 certificate.
